1. Do I have to be registered for the Symposium to attend the classified sessions?
To attend classified sessions, you must be a full registrant and you must submit your clearance information.

Dress code for Sessions and Tutorials is duty uniform.
4. Will I be able to attend different tracks or am I locked in to one per day?
Some tracks will run more than once so you will have an opportunity to mix and match. Some tracks are different lengths so you could possibly attend two or more in one day. The schedule will be released prior to registration.
5. Can exhibitors attend the Sessions?
Exhibitors are only eligible for Exhibit hall activities. To attend plenary sessions and unclassified tracks, you must register for one day or the entire symposium.
6. When I get to the Symposium, can I change my mind and sign up for additional sessions or unclassified tracks?
Yes, go to the registration booth on the 1 st floor and they will help you sign up.
7. Can I get extra tickets for the Wednesday sit-down lunch or the receptions?
Yes, at the registration booth on the 1st floor (Level 100). Meals and Receptions are included in one day (for that day only) or full registrations.
8. If I sign up at the Symposium, what means of payment is available?
We accept cash, check or credit cards - VISA, MC, American Express, Diner's Club.
9. Is there any place to check my email?
Yes, we have an Internet Café in the Exhibit Area. Computers will be available for your convenience. We do not allow laptops in the exhibit hall.
10. If I miss the breakfast or the break, is there a place where I can buy coffee?
There is a shop on Level 100.
11. Where will food be served?
In the morning continental breakfasts and breaks will be provided on the 4th floor (Level 400) near the Plenary Sessions. Lunches and Receptions will be provided in the Exhibit Area. Wednesday there will be a sit-down lunch held on Level 400.
12. Will there be shuttle service from the host hotel?
The Hilton hotel has a walkway to the Convention Center and several others hotels are within walking distance. There will be no shuttle service provided during the Symposium.
13. Where are the plenary sessions and tracks being held?
Plenary Sessions will be on the 4 th floor (Level 400) and tracks will be held on the 3rd floor (Level 300) of the Convention Center.
14. Where should I go if I have a question during the Symposium?
There will be an Information Booth on the 1st floor (Level 100) near the Registration booth.
15. Is there any place where I can get office supplies or copies made?
The Baltimore Convention Center features an in-house full service Business Center operated by ABC Imaging. It offers a place to copy, fax, scan and print your business materials on a variety of sizes and colors. Oversized black and white and color prints are also available. They provide shipping services and carry a selection of common office supplies at competitive prices. The Business Center is located in the Pratt Street Lobby adjacent to Room 334.
16. What is the closest airport?
The closest airport is Baltimore-International Airport. It is about 12 miles from the Convention Center.
17. Is there any alternate means of transportation?
Trains run into Baltimore Penn Station and it is a short drive from that location.
