The Joint Symposium & Expo, hosted by the Fort Monmouth Chapters of the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA), the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Associations (AFCEA) – Aberdeen and Ft. Monmouth, the Association of Old Crows (AOC), the Association of the US Army (AUSA) – Aberdeen and Ft. Monmouth, is scheduled for August 23-26, 2010 at the Baltimore Convention Center, in Baltimore, Maryland. In the midst of implementing the BRAC decisions, the annual Symposium & Expo remains the place to exhibit your capabilities to the Team C4ISR community.
Companies and organizations are invited to provide Technical Exhibits for the exposition. This year's Symposium & expo events are scheduled to provide focused viewing hours of the exhibits and therefore concentrated visibility for the exhibitors.

Exhibit Space
Exhibit space consists of 10’ x 10’ modules (100 square feet) with no limit on the number of modules. Due to the physical layout of floor space and last year’s heavy demand for Exhibit space, we recommend that you please respond early. Note that outer portions of the Exhibit space have varying ceiling heights starting at 16’-6” maximum. Floor space will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
Exhibit Pricing
There are two levels of Exhibit space pricing:
• $4,200 per module for prime locations
• $1,700 for government and small business qualified perimeter locations.
This fee includes:
-Floor space, 10 x 10 feet
-Pipe and drape of Exhibit area
-An Exhibitor’s package
-Tuesday lunch and breaks for two Exhibit personnel per module
-Two Plated Luncheon tickets (Wed.) per module
